Your privacy

As a user of this site, your privacy will be respected. Visiting this site will create entries in a log file that may be used to indicate surfing trends. The newsletter (when launched) will use your email address only and will not be exposed to any third pary. Removal is performed by following the simple instructions for unsubscription.

Use of the feedback form will require you giving us your email address (if you have one). This will result in an automated reply and may (or may not) result in a reply from one of the media team. Your email address will only be used in the context of your communication and not for any purpose. We will not divulge or sell your email address to any third party (we get enough spam ourselves, why make things worse!).

Except for the occasional cookie, we will not store any information on your computer and nor will we attempt to find any personal information about you. The exception to these rules are any user community tools that we launch. These will require all members to provide a username, password and email address. They will also have to accept cookies. However, users will be free to withold all other information if they see fit (should we even ask).

Where we get our information

All dojo information has been taken from the Internet and so is assumed to be in the public domain. It is not our intention to infringe upon the privacy of any individual or group regardless of race, colour, creed or physical location. Where possible, we attempt contact the owner of the details asking their permission. If this is refused, the data is removed.

Any links we choose to provide are, again, found from the Internet or by word of mouth.
